What you will be responsible for
As Vice President you will
Lead the ISG COO - Bangalore Operations team and serve as the subject matter expert on Investment Operations related activities
Own strategic initiatives focused on ways to simplify and improve processes along with operational controls, system(s) enhancements, and work flows.
Collaborate with Investment Asset Class leaders as a member of the ISG Global COO team in executing operations activities focused on Multi-Asset, OCIO, Alternatives and Charitable Asset Management client segments
Drive execution of effective data processing and administration activities across Alternatives / OCIO / CAM client segments.
Drive appropriate client service by researching and providing responses to any questions that are related to the investment operations support area
Drive execution of client reporting and performance analysis requirements across Alternatives / OCIO / CAM client segments
Drive execution of cash movement and management process across Alternatives / OCIO / CAM client segments
Own preparation process for investment valuations utilizing third party providers with results presented to Valuations Committee.
Manage the TPRM and expert expense process and ensure timely resolution of any required actions
Interact extensively with external accounting agents/custodians, auditors, fund administrators, portfolio managers, legal, tax, risk, and IT

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, and/or Information Systems
10+ years of experience in financial services industry
Advanced deagree preferred, but not required
