What you will be responsible for

As the Investment Portfolio Analysis Expert you will be:

  • Performing daily checks on file deliverables to the clients and investigating discrepancies.
  • Taking ownership of the issues resolution, engaging others to gain consensus.
  • Monitoring daily processes and internal/external communication, flagging any issues during group discussions or to the manager.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with client's representatives, and internal/external stakeholders to help aid successful delivery of service.
  • Working together with global team members to discuss strategic initiatives and close out issues.
  • Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and the managers.
  • Adhering to internal procedures and best practices at all times.
  • Offering guidance and support to the less experienced members of the team.
  • Actively working with other team members to build team spirit to be able to grow as a group.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of financial services industry experience: experience in Custody, Middle Office, Fund Administration functions is an asset
  • Customer service or professional experience from a different area than above-listed is acceptable
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
