Working within Identity and Access Management Services (IAMS), we are seeking an IAM Administrator, grade: Associate 2. In this role, you will be responsible for handling user account administration tasks, working with multiple computer applications and supporting our internal customers. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our applications are in compliance with State Street corporate standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage user accounts on multiple computer applications within State Street.

• Facilitate regular reviews to verify appropriate user access within computer applications.

• Timely and accurate provisioning of user access requests submitted via SailPoint, Service Now or email form.

• Assist in training new team members, ensuring they understand and can execute IAM procedures effectively.

• Escalate unresolved issues/problems to management.

• Maintain accurate documentation for internal and external audit purposes.

• Ensure all user account administration activities are compliant with audit requirements and information security best practices.

• Identify and escalate any unusual or suspicious activities according to internal guidelines and corporate policies.

• Responsible for performing daily processes accurately for both internal customers and external clients.

• Complete other tasks as assigned by management to support IAMS and its objectives.

Qualifications:

• Prior work experience (1-3 years) in a related role, especially within financial services, is beneficial. Alternatively and associate's degree in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) together with an aptitude for computing.

• Ability to use existing, clearly defined procedures to solve routine problems.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear client and team interactions.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
