Location:
Dublin. This is a hybrid role. We offer a brilliant Dublin city center office location close to Stephen's Green. We offer a state-of-the-art new facility in Kilkenny.
Information Security Analyst (A2)
Position Overview:
The IFDS Europe Information Security Office is a team within the IFDS Europe Change Management and IT organization supporting the Cross Border business (Ireland and Luxembourg). The IFDS Europe Information Security Office is built on 5 pillars:
- Governance & Oversight
- Client Engagement
- Training & Awareness
- Incident Management
- ISO by Design
The ISO has responsibility for the overall framework, policy adherence and day to day tasks across each of the 5 pillars.
Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of UAM (User Access Management) framework and associated controls - including responsibility for quarterly user access recertification programmes.
- Perform review and approval of access requests on behalf of the ISO function.
- Assist in the management of user access escalation incidents.
- Generation and dissemination of various reporting included user band reporting, toxic access and simulated phishing statistics.
- Provide support for UAM/ISO related improvement projects in areas such as automation and new application recertifications processes.
- Support the team manager in analysis & documentation of 'as-is' User access models and input into requirements for future strategic user access projects.
- Communicate inherent security risks, awareness and training to technical and non-technical business users.
- Support ongoing oversight of Group/Joint Venture Information Security functions and services.
Competency requirements:
Professional Experience: 2+ years IT or Financial services experience.
Technical skills:
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).
- Good organizational skills in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards
- Analytical and process thinking skills.
