A Self driven individual and a seasoned senior manager with strong knowledge of transformation and transition methodology as well as expertise in managing and leading high visibility programs under business management for BFSI domain/business lines.
State Street Global Markets Operations is going through significant transformation and evolving their operating model opening up opportunities to reimagine the way we operate and support our businesses. This role will play a key part in facilitating the smooth transformation, transition and stabilization of functions as we look to rebalance and increase the scope of India coverage.

What you will be responsible for : Senior Manager, you will :
- Drive the design and implementation of new operating models across regions and businesses supported from India.
- Develop and implement relevant operating model changes in order to pivot the Operations organization towards digitization and enhanced client experience.
- Design end-to-end operational processes to eliminate manual intervention and streamline the process creating efficiency and reducing cycle time.
- Require deep transformation and transition management experience as well as program planning and business management experience.
- Be responsible for the management of significant high visibility and large transformation and transition initiatives partnering with multi-disciplinary teams and demonstrate a broad knowledge of the firm and its key functions.
- Own all aspects of transformation and transition reporting across various stakeholder groups and maintain control of all related data, create management reporting for consumption across levels and for driving the transformation and transitions program forward.
- Transform data into analytical insights resulting in impactful actions and outcomes as well as identify, communicate and resolve thematic issues.
- Identify delays, fix accountabilities and proactively communicate with all stakeholders to drive the execution plan. This will require you to deep dive where needed, perform detailed analysis, out of the box thinking and be solution oriented.
- Provide a strategic consulting view around transformation and transitions in an effort to ensure all decisions are in line with the business strategy.
- Collaborate with a wide range of senior stakeholders to improve the pace of delivery and quality of execution by increasing efficiency through digitization and adoption of transformative technologies.
- Develop and demonstrate an understanding of Global Markets Operations functions and State Street systems and processes
- Report status on assigned program/ project workstream as per defined frequency to ensure alignment of goals and activities across work streams and initiatives
- Research, create, and compile materials needed for effective discussion and planning, support and maintain tools and templates used in the reporting function.
- Manage logistics of initiative (e.g. meeting and schedule coordination, documentation including agendas, minutes, dashboards and executive reporting maintenance).
- Collaborate with departments to ensure completion of all required transformation and transition documentation, check lists, training, reporting and go-live management
- Ensure the global transformation and transition framework is followed with strict tollgate adherence

Education & Preferred Qualifications
University degree in Business majoring in Accounting, Finance, or other Financial-related programs Overall experience of 10 years in Capital markets, Custody Banking, or related work. A minimum of 5 years of transition experience preferably in BFSI domain
