You will be joining our friendly Registration Team of 25 incredible people who are responsible for maintaining client accounts and ensuring client due diligence in line with the company AML policies.

Location: Dublin / Hybrid. This is a hybrid role. We offer a brilliant Dublin city center office location close to Stephen's Green.

Required Skills:

  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Reviews - You will be experienced at completing AML and KYC reviews.
  • Client-Focused - You will be experienced at responding to email queries from clients and have a flair for business writing.
  • Team Collaboration - You will enjoy collaborating as part of a large team to complete day to day tasks.
  • Language Skills - You will be a proficient German and English speaker who can support translating and drafting documents in both languages.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for reviewing AML and KYC documentation.
  • You will perform sanction screening and on-going client due diligence.
  • You will be responsible for opening and maintaining investor accounts.
  • From time to time, you will translate documents from German to English, write high-quality client responses in German and take client calls in German.

Education / Preferred Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar environment. Native / German fluency or suitable demonstrable proficiency of German business language skills is required to support ad-hoc services for our German client base.
  • Bachelor's degree or above
