The Head of Institutional Investment Content is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that elevates our firm's brand, thought leadership, and client engagement for the institutional investor audience. This role will lead a team of content creators to produce high-quality, impactful content across various formats and channels. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, institutional investor needs, and the evolving landscape of content marketing. In addition, candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills, be a self-starter, be curious, and possess financial services experience, specifically in the context of asset management.

What you will be responsible for
As Head of Insitutional Investment Content, you will:
- Establish, demonstrate and communicate a clear vision for thought leadership and investment product content across the firm.
- Lead the development of the content strategy for the enterprise and institutional business aligned to key investment themes and commercial goals.
- Lead a globally diverse team of writers to deliver high-quality viewpoints and thought leadership pieces that are relevant, timely and demonstrate strong command of the global financial environment.
- Write and edit white papers, market commentary, op-eds and scripts for consumption across multiple channels.
- Manage an editorial board comprised of investment leaders who govern the development of content designed to enhance the firm's reputation as thought leader.
- Partner with senior distribution and marketing leaders to manage and execute on regional commercial content strategies to support lead generation and sales conversations.
- Lead the planning and execution of flagship investment publications.
- Maintain and improve a centralized, global editorial calendar for brand thought leadership and regional commercial content.
- Partner with the analytics team to measure success and recommend improvements to the content strategy and approach.
- Explore and establish innovative new ways of communicating thought leadership beyond traditional white papers and blogs.
- Partner closely with PR, social, design and digital team members to promote distinctive thought leadership pieces and ideas.
- Develop disciplined processes to manage the overall workflow and resources for the team.

- Ability to translate complex investing ideas through storytelling.
- Experience working with globally diverse teams and audiences.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Economics, Finance, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- 10+ years writing and investment content development experience, preferably for institutional audiences in the investment management industry

Salary Range:
$115,000 - $190,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
