Why the role is important

As a Gtreasury AVP, you will play a crucial role in managing our treasury operations efficiently, with a focus on utilizing the Gtreasury platform for testing, implementation, and optimization. Your responsibilities will include Gtreasury cloud testing, account setup, and ensuring adherence to Fedwire instructions. By leveraging your expertise in treasury operations and Gtreasury functionality, you will contribute to enhancing our treasury management processes and supporting our strategic financial objectives.

Gtreasury Cloud Testing:

  • Lead testing efforts for Gtreasury cloud updates, enhancements, and new features to ensure system functionality and performance.
  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate Gtreasury system functionality across different modules.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Gtreasury support teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during testing.

Account Setup and Maintenance:

  • Coordinate the setup and maintenance of bank accounts, including gathering required documentation and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements for bank account openings and closures.
  • Manage bank account signatories and authorities in accordance with established procedures.

Fedwire Instructions and Payment Processing:

  • Create and maintain Fedwire instructions for outgoing wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process outgoing payments via Fedwire and other payment systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and transaction reports to ensure proper recording of treasury transactions.

Treasury Operations Support:

  • Provide operational support for treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and risk management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline treasury processes and improve operational efficiency.

Documentation and Training:

  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to Gtreasury system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on Gtreasury functionality, best practices, and system updates.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for internal teams on Gtreasury-related inquiries and issues.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.
  • X years of experience in treasury operations, with a strong understanding of treasury management systems, preferably Gtreasury.
  • Experience in Gtreasury cloud testing and familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of Fedwire payment processing and experience with creating and managing Fedwire instructions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
