Why this role is important to us

The role will be responsible for supporting the COO for GD EMEA in delivering on the Corporate Strategy for the short, medium and long term success on a variety of areas including Senior Manager Regime (SMR), Employee Engagement, executive presentations, dashboard reporting, internal communications, divisional goals/metrics reporting and supporting co-ordination of projects with internal corporate partners.

This role is instrumental in helping to strengthen, in a controlled manner our support model,

proactively track trends and produce predictive, insightful; management information. Looking at the overall connectivity in project management and reporting between culture, risk & governance and operational health.

Participate in program planning by maintaining SMR repository and documentation, managing issue logs and preparing project documentation.

Support multiple project tasks across all functional pillars tied to SMR, employee engagement, training and management support.

  • PC skills with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Good working knowledge of Collaborate and Sharepoint
