Who we are looking for
The Fund Order Services Senior Analyst is an integral member of the Team responsible for delivering quality service to assigned clients of the team. He/She must contribute to the team on technical matters in both quality of service and communication with internal clients and other supporting departments. The Fund Order Services Senior Analyst is required to solve problems and provide assistance to the other Fund Order Services Senior Analysts and Specialists. Achieving quality of service is a team effort and the Fund Order Services Senior Analyst needs to function at all times as a team player and ensure that other members of the team do so too.
What you will be responsible for
- Create, maintain and amend Static Data in the system following the relevant launches, product changes and inquiries as well as review such processes
- Monitor the processing of transaction orders
- Contact external Transfer Agents and vendors on transactions progress
- Create and send specific Client Reports
- Provide necessary support and information according to the clients' and internal queries
- Maintain high level of control and monitoring of system applications and work flow.
- Keep up-to-date with all changes in the market practices/procedures/new technology as well as internal changes within SSB
- Be involved in departmental ad-hoc projects.
- Make recommendations for changes to processes and procedures, prepare documentation for review and participate in testing as required.
- Resolve review points highlighted by Fund Order Services Specialists and team supervisor and ensure they are kept informed of progress.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal clients and colleagues.
- Take responsibility for personal development and training

What we value
- Basic understanding of business and operating environment, fundamental understanding of specialized discipline
- Around 1 year of relevant industry experience
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- University Students or Graduates (preferred)
Specific Qualifications / Skills:
- Numeracy / literacy skill
- PC literate and competent in use of spreadsheets and word processing
- A thorough understanding of fund administration is required
- Excellent English; knowledge of German is an advantage
