Who we are looking for

We are seeking a senior Product Client Solutions Manager for a hybrid role within our award-winning GlobalLink suite of products. This position will be integral to owning and developing client solutions, relationship management and defining program and product development plans for the Fund Connect Cash business. The individual will be accountable for maintaining ongoing client relationships and driving product development to enable continued growth of key initiatives within our business, this position will include overseeing contract and legal negotiation and ongoing interaction between cross functional teams within the organization. It will be integral to drive the product development roadmap within the team to meet client demands and also be able to manage internal objectives to drive growth and uptake of our platform. The successful individual in this role will apply their ability to dive deep into the product as well as their strong client management and communication skills to make a strong impact for both the growing Fund Connect platform and our clients.

What you will be responsible for

As Product Client Solutions Manager VP, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of existing Fund Connect Platform including client base, application modules, workflows and business models
  • Build solid relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups of differing levels of seniority
  • Develop and implement Project Management processes and work with groups to define, prioritize, and create detailed project plans and programs
  • Drive effective and impactful communication related to program activity, serving as a key point person for the product team and partner for key stakeholders in order to ensure active management of ongoing issues/risks/decisions related to all internal and external activities
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, both internal and external, on an ongoing basis to ensure stakeholders' expectations are met
  • Drive and facilitate project review process at a management level. Ensure appropriate team issues are elevated to management in a timely manner. Chair formal or ad hoc internal management processes regarding project decision points and/or project issue resolution.
  • Project initiation and scoping- including plan definition and managing realistic expectations for successful delivery with project stakeholders
  • Coordinate and track across client project deliverables to ensure we are meeting product initiative set forth in the business roadmap
  • Document product specifications and prepare business cases to drive development in scaled agile teams
  • Provide detailed business analysis and advice to clients (internal and external)
  • Liaise with stakeholders in order to establish and document implementation requirements specific to in scope services, develop "use cases" to document requirements
  • Identify and drive forward on-going enhancements to scope of services as needed
  • Guide Clients on required reference data and other setups and mapping as part of initial client implementations
  • Capture on-going enhancements to scope of services for existing clients as needed into roadmap.
  • Create and maintain client facing documentation
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the service offering to perform Subject Matter Expert activities: consultancy, implementation configuration and demonstrations
  • Provide support to the Sales teams during Service Definition phases to help acquire new business
  • Work with peers across the aisle to partner in solutioning an end to end solution for new architecture and service needs
  • Work with Operations business units to assess and streamline processes in order to mitigate risk, cost or service issues and generate efficiencies
  • Play leading role in contributing input on product offerings and responsible for problem solving and issue resolution as they arise
  • Independently compile, analyze and interpret information related to complex business processing
  • Ensure clear, complete and accurate documentation of user requirements and functional features
  • Continuously improve implementation practices and procedures such as estimating, scoping, quality assurance reviews, methodologies, and reengineering to deliver cost effective and efficient deployments.
  • Participate in Sales process:
    • Present implementation methodology and procedures overview to prospects (on-site and/or remotely)
    • Respond to ad-hoc design and best practice questions from prospects and customers
    • Prepare realistic estimates, assumption documents, and SOWs for delivery to prospects and where necessary for inclusion in customer contracts.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project or product management leadership in a financial services environment
  • Deep knowledge of electronic trading platforms in the Mutual Fund, FX and Fixed Income space with extensive experience of trade settlement

  • Willingness to learn and eagerness to collaborate as part of a larger team

  • Client Communication and Presentations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding change initiatives, impact assessment providing clear and timely communication throughout the change process.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal cross-functional teams to understand business needs, requirements, and objectives related to proposed changes, document impact assessment
  • Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans and timelines for change initiatives, coordinating activities across internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Operational Risk/Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate any risk, regulatory or compliance issues associated with proposed changes, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations and services, following applicable STT guidelines.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Client facing experience delivering large scale solutions for external customers
  • Confident & clear communicator with excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to any audience
  • Experience with the implementation of mission-critical financial solutions.
  • Ability to convey plans, issues and concerns to clients and team members in a clear, logical and concise manner.
  • Ability to influence key decision makers both internally and externally.
  • Strong time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with confidence in a fast-moving, complex technical environment
  • Highly motivated with exceptional integrity and a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Technically competent with the ability to interact with development team
  • Messaging familiarity with FIX, REST API, SFTP, JSON, XML, SWIFT FIN/MX
  • Familiarity working with and implementing Cloud hosting solutions
  • Power user of Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Salary Range:
$135,000 - $210,000 Annual
