Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for a Client Support Management VP to oversee the Fund Connect product. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily fund and account updates, client onboarding and daily trading activities on the portal. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and coordinating technical support for integration and connectivity workflows.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

As Client Support Management VP, you will

• Manage a team of operational specialists supporting all asset classes of the platform

• Monitor and manage all Fund information to ensure completeness and accuracy

• Identify Internal Sweep clients and create/expand the relationship between the client and Fund Connect

• Manage several projects to expand the product offering of the portal

• Onboard new clients and products

• Reconcile account positions

• Provide billing oversight support to the finance and accounting team

• Assist with supporting vendor relationships and due diligence

• Manage production support oversight and coordinate incident triage

• Resolve client inquiries/issues

• Generate daily/ad-hoc reports

• Establish and maintain relationships with Fund Providers and clients

• Ensure compliance requirements are met (prospectus and statement delivery, client KYC, etc.)

• Ensure adherence to all operational procedures and corporate policies

• Foster cross function relationships with leads from Business Solutions, Product Development, Sales and Business teams.

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

• Minimum of 7 to 9 years of related financial industry experience

• Working knowledge of a range of financial products including mutual funds and short-term money market instruments

• Detailed understanding of operations with at least 5 years' experience in an operational role

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle several projects simultaneously

• Ability to develop business relationships within and outside the organization

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problems solving skills

• Ability to multi-task, balance workload and perform in a pressurized, deadline oriented environment

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed required

• FINRA Series 24 licensed required must be obtained within 6 months of start date

• Client Service experience

• Technical aptitude with wide range of applications, including but not limited to the MS Office suite

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
