We are looking for someone like you to join our team. Our team is responsible for -

Fund Accounting:

Book keeping and journal entries

Cash management and reconciliation

Accounting Package of Trial Balance/ Financial Statement / PCAPs / Calculations

Calculation on capital allocation, management fee, IRR, Waterfall, etc.

LP Services of investor questionnaires, deal slip, audit confirmation and LP Specific Reports

Processing Accounting Transactions, Corporate Actions and Fund Capital Activities

Cash and position reconciliations of listed and derivative products

Investigating and resolving breaks

Responding to internal and external queries

Regulatory Reporting:

Ensuring complete and timely filing of regulatory reports under Dodd-Frank and AIFMD

Ensuring accurate calculations and response to questions listed in regulatory forms

Ensuring all filings are aligned to client requests, client profiles and legislation rules

Adhering to production calendar for periodic calculations and filings

Maintaining appropriate procedure and issue logs to avoid erroneous filings

Your experience and skills -

You have: A Bachelor or above degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Business or other related fields Knowledge of financial products including cash, securities and derivatives, as well as Hedge Fund, Mutual Fund, Private Equity and Real Estate Funds Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both in person and remotely Strong analytical and problem solving skills
