To provide technical solution to State Street Global Delivery (SSGD) Financial Reporting & Fund Administration (FRFA) operation team. The successful candidate will have an in-depth and expert knowledge of requirement analysis and solution delivery lifecycle.

What you will be responsible for:

SSGD FRFA delivers kinds of data, report and insights to our clients. We are driving group transformation and expanding business capabilities using industry best practices and advanced technologies. We are looking for top technical talent to join our team and deliver creative technical solutions.

BUSINESS ANALYSIS

Quickly understand the transformation ideas from operation team. Develop requirement together with Ops team to identify the scope of work.

SOLUTION DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION

Efficiently design solution based on the requirements. Organize and hands-on implement solutions with existing available tools/skills. Meet the target date to deliver high quality, effectual solution to create capacities for operations.

Quick response on feedback, capable of solving problem by complex solutions.

PROACTIVE PROBLEM FINDING

Always have plan B, better solution. Drive team to think as different ways, find the problem proactively, earlier involved into duplicated, inefficient operations.

What we value:

  • Solid knowledge of IT principles and methodologies

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in software development.
  • Good experience in programming languages like (.Net or Java or Python)
  • SQL experience
  • Knowledge of QA standard business processes and principles will be beneficial
