Who we are looking for

The VP, Revenue Insights Manager will report to the Head of Revenue Insights and Analytics, MD and will be a critical role providing overall Fee Revenue Support, Leadership and Strategic Insights. The individual will be focused on financial planning, insight development, process improvement, reporting and development of business orientated operating metrics and executive level presentations. The incumbent will also play a critical role developing financial frameworks and methodologies, and coordinating the strategic support to the overall Business Unit Finance Team, FP&A organization, and the IR Team.

  • Revenue planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of results and projections
  • Development and production of meaningful analytics, metrics and analysis to facilitate in-depth understanding of servicing fee results (e.g. Backlog Reporting, Monthly Reporting Packages for IS Leadership)
  • Lead: preparing analysis, commentary and presentation material for financial reviews with Business Unit Finance
  • Assist in the strategic plan, budget, outlook, and forecasting processes including input and interfacing with finance and business leaders
  • Drive process improvement efforts to streamline the development of forecasts/plans including Finance related activities.
  • Lead special projects and monthly processes, including financial modeling, RAW implementation support and other ad hoc projects
  • Manage a global team
  • Drive strategic insights on revenue across IS

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 10-15 year's progressive Finance/FP&A experience.
  • State Street experience is a plus.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $167,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
