Who we are looking for
The Analytics Lead will be a key contributor to an area within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team - Fully Allocated Financial Reporting and Indirect Expense Allocations
This individual will primarily partner with Business Unit CFOs, the Centralized Reporting and Expense Insight Center teams, and other functional groups to perform Indirect expense analysis on actual results and financial outlooks.
Successful candidate will be heavily involved in reviewing and redesigning current allocations methodologies to arrive to accurate and meaningful financial results.
This individual will also develop succinct insights based on multiple complex datasets across businesses and corporate functions and provide advice for the Finance leadership team to drive better financial outcomes for the firm. This role will be responsible for populating firmwide, regional and BU comprehensive commentaries for fully allocated revenues and expenses. This role will be heavily involved in enhancing the financial reporting framework, transforming the foundational financial systems/tools

What you will be responsible for
As Lead Analyst you will:
- Develop reporting and insights that will be used with the Company's Executive Committee & Board of Directors, and other ad hoc reporting.
- Develop strong relationships with various business areas throughout the organization (e.g., Business units CFOs, Senior Management, Investor Relations, Controllers, Corporate Treasury, Human Resources, and Corporate Strategy) to understand their needs from the Finance team and be able to work collaboratively
- Produce analytics and ad hoc presentations for a variety of topics
- Drive strategic insights across the entire Reporting team with a change-agent mindset

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in FP&A field.
- Forward thinking, innovative leader who has experience working in a finance and accounting organization, particularly in a Financial Planning & Analysis function.
- Analytical capabilities and track record of transforming processes
- Strong technical and financial systems expertise and strong knowledge related to financial statements and their interpretations
- Financial Services experience is helpful however all cross-industry leaders are welcome
- Have strong problem-solving skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, challenging environment and deliver on multiple and competing priorities/projects in an accurate and timely manner.
