State Street Corporate Finance IT team is leading a Cloud Transformation Program to modernize and redesign entire finance technology and process landscape globally, incl. North America, APAC and EMEA regions.
We are looking for strong Technology Development and Implementation Leader to lead large scale Finance Transformation Program that includes Oracle Cloud Finance, EPM, FP&A and related projects
Role Summary & Role Description
As Finance Technology Development and Implementation lead, you will
- Have 20+ years of overall experience in supervising a team of finance technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture and functional design, testing, and implementation while maintaining strong business relationship.
- Deliver quality project execution by successfully monitoring project/program team economics, performance against the job requirements and budgets, and proactively adjust scope, timing, and resources as appropriate or necessary as per Agile guidelines
- Perform and drive strong SDLC requirements and implementation, including Code Reviews, participation in technical architecture and design decision-making and application resiliency requirements.
- Execute transition from transformation projects to BAU, track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLA's and KPI's, escalation & issue Management, Weekly/Monthly delivery metrics reporting
- Establish and execute 'Technology with Operations' model, identifying efficiency initiatives via automation and/or better use of platform capabilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Oracle Finance and related technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Integrate and supervise team members from our technology partners and service vendors to ensure seamless delivery
- Assess forward-looking skills requirements, develop and track cross-skilling and upskilling plans amongst team members and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development

Core/Must have skills
Must have project implementation experience managing full life-cycle projects in Oracle Cloud Financials Development on large scale in consulting/IT services environment
High level functional knowledge of end-to-end integration of Financial Modules with other modules like Projects, Procurement / Order Management and HCM, EPM, FP&A
Strong leadership in Talent Management, Skills Management, SLA and KPI on delivery
Excellent Communication Skills to demonstrate a structured and clear approach to communicate potentially complex solutions to less technical stakeholder, team members and business sponsors
Vendor resource management, fair knowledge on overall financials of the program
Analytical skills to understand operational challenges and estimate efficiency book of work
Good to have skills
Technical proficiency on one or more Oracle Financial modules
