The Depositary Services Teams have over 330 employees across multiple teams. We provide depositary services to multiple host locations including: Ireland, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the UK. We have built a strong group of professionals who work hard to provide the best service to our Clients, but also find time to grow and develop in our careers with multiple opportunities across the department to grow.

What you will be responsible for

Depositary Services UK:

  • Monitors & verifies cash movements on the fund's bank accounts;
  • Monitors & verifies fund's investments held in portfolio: OTC derivatives, Exchange Traded derivatives, Hedge funds, Private Equity & Real Estate funds, etc.
  • Oversees investors' activity;
  • Oversees funds' valuation process & compliance with investment restrictions;
  • Assists where required in preparing daily/monthly/ad hoc deliverables
  • Stays objective and protects the investor`s interest at all times.
  • Participate as technical SME in development, projects and new tool implementation
