Your Role

We are looking for a Dealing Platform Specialist, associate 2, to join our Dealing team. You will be responsible for collecting and processing complex data, exercising due diligence as well as reviewing and implementing strict data quality processes and complying with the regulatory regimes related to Client Asset and Data protection. You will be accurately delivering high quality service both internally and externally by incorporating experience and industry knowledge in the daily workflow.

Your Team

You'll be working within the Dealing Platform department and directly reporting to the Line Manager, Officer level.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basis
  • Adhere to procedures in relation to all tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Transfer Agency processes and systems
  • Gain broad expertise on company products
  • Assist in the delivery of on-the-job training and development of other Associates
  • Build and maintain internal network of contacts/liaise with other departments
  • Provide/seek regular feedback to/from team leader
  • Act as an effective team player & deputy for immediate supervisor when appropriate

Your Profile

  • Degree in Finance or Economics
  • 2 to 5 years' experience of analyzing and evaluating complex data
  • Transfer Agency experience/ detailed understanding of procedures
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite, especially an advanced level of Excel
  • Excellent administrative and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • A clear, logical analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving; organization skills for oneself and others; willingness to assume additional tasks in order to share workload within team/department; initiative and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English
