Who we are looking for
As a member of the Domain Lab team you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our global Data Management Strategy initiatives helping to drive cultural as well as practical change in our approach to- and management of- data. You will assist Business Unit Data Stewards and Analysts in understanding and executing the tenants of sustainable Data Governance and ensure high levels of engagement across those business units and corporate functions who actively provide or consume specific data sets.

- Support enterprise data-decision making processes and facilitating discussion to mature enterprise data governance.
- Coordinate activities among a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Provide feedback and guidance on governance activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in matters of importance to our work.
- Prior business operations experience with a data focus and are experienced in managing/monitoring business data.
- Prior success working with business and information technology teams.
- Proven ability to achieve success within a large organization, especially as it relates to data models, data taxonomy, data standards and data quality.
- Proven ability to support multiple workstreams.
- Keen interest in developing knowledge of Data Governance and Management practices.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Econonmics, or a related field.
- Understanding data lineage and metadata management.
- Experience with business glossary and data dictionaries in the global capital markets.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau).

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
