- Review tax reclaims forms, and complete the reviewers' checklist
- Assist and provide direction to staff in resolving discrepancies,
- Assist Team Supervisor of the team and ensure that departmental procedures and controls are adhered to,
- Assist Team Supervisor in implementing new procedures and controls,
- Perform special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Team Supervisor
- Provide timely and professional responses to all enquiries, resolve errors/ rejections,
- Ensure that daily workload is allocated appropriately,
- Provide guidance and training to less experienced staff .

Education and Experience
- Appropriate educational training in finance/taxes/accounting business or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and understanding of tax reclaims market regulations (essential)
- PC literacy and competency in use of spreadsheets and word processing,
- Power BI /VBA knowledge will be an asset
- Improvements implementation experience
b) Skills/Knowledge
- Numeracy / literacy skills,
- Thorough understanding of fund administration is required,
- Proficiency in reconciliation and problem solving,
- Excellent written and verbal communication,
- Ability to work to tight deadlines,
- Ability to take ownership and initiatives,
- Accuracy, good quality of work and attention to details,
- Excellent English.

Preparing and processing tax documentation for reduction at source / tax exemption purposes on account and investor level
Reconciliation of tax receivables and investigation of breaks
