Who we are looking for: The Data, Markets & Corporate (DMC) Technology team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the planning and execution of technology deliverables across multiple Corporate Functions. This role will require alignment with various business groups, including Corporate Audit, Legal, Enterprise Contract Management, Global Realty, and Global Security, to define strategy, processes, and requirements, and lead cross-functional development teams from design through delivery. This position will be accountable for driving the entire product lifecycle, from platform product definition through specification, coding, quality assurance, and launch. It involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks, and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive presentation skills are essential.

As a Corporate Functions TPM, you will:

  • Provide technical leadership by facilitating solution/design/architectural discussions; find and research ways to utilize various tech platforms to improve processes, productivity, and scale.
  • Define, govern, and continuously evolve the technology value proposition, driven by strategy and processes, in support of corporate functions' strategies and growth plans.
  • Work closely with end users, product owners, BA, and QA teams to bridge the gap between business and technical requirements and constraints.
  • Facilitate and oversee architecture review sessions to ensure design and configuration are consistent across the applications and enterprise standards have been implemented.
  • Provide expertise on capacity management, level-of-effort estimation, task tracking, and assignment.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to define deliverables, roadmaps, and accompanying documentation for projects and programs.
  • Work with cross-functional scrum teams to deliver projects in iterative release cycles.
  • Identify, anticipate, assess, track, and mitigate issues, risks, roadblocks, and escalations at multiple levels.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate project status and metrics to stakeholders.

What we value:

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • Detailed industry knowledge of corporate functions and a minimum of 10 years of expertise implementing technology solutions in Corporate Audit, Legal, Enterprise Contract Management, Global Realty, Global Security, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in managing all stages of a program, from concept to delivery, ensuring programs meet challenging business goals and/or show measurable improvements in engineering efficiency/experience.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture, workflows, APIs, runtime characteristics, design limitations, and maintenance requirements, enabling influence on team technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
  • Ability to foster a constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues, collaborating successfully with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to set a great example in program management practices, defining clear goals and objectives, driving crisp decisions about project priorities, proactively identifying risks, and planning for mitigation.
  • Influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and business leaders inside and outside the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with all levels of the organization, both internal and external.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
