Who we are looking for

The project manager/scrum master is responsible for supporting the tracking and implementation of methodologies, best practice standards and quality assurance activities in the active workstreams under the Delivery & Strategic Execution Office

What you will be responsible for

As a Project Manager/Scrum Master:

  • Produce and analyze Program & Project Level reporting to ensure the projects progress against key criteria such as cost, schedule, risks, issues and benefits and that these are accurately reflected
  • Support and maintain Program/Project level governance control procedures, such as resource utilization, change control and financials
  • Ensure the program and project deliverables are compliant to documented standards, templates and frameworks and are captured in agreed toolsets
  • Complete quality assurance reviews / checks to monitor the quality of the project reporting and deliverables to drive improvements. Proactively highlight and escalate delivery risks and issues to senior mgmt. - providing an independent view of project & program health
  • Document & coordinate required meeting outputs, associated artefacts and action items
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities, covering process enhancements, tool developments or introducing new tools, highlighting action plans to Senior Management.
  • Provide system administration for key applications within the project delivery toolset, assisting in tool development and team learning
  • Creation of a continuous learning curriculum aligned to the core competencies for project & program management
  • Develop and Maintain relationships within IT team as well as Business and other IT Teams across the organization
  • Define and facilitate in alignment with Delivery & Strategic Execution office standards project routines, tollgate meetings, and cadences to support project

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • 7+ Years Experience in a program management, project mgmt., or scrum master role
  • Demonstrable experience in supporting projects to successful conclusion
  • Familiarity and exposure to Waterfall, Agile and Iterative Methodologies
  • Experience in the refinement, deployment and general usage of standard governance methods
  • Experience in tracking & analyzing financials through planning and execution
  • Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Used to working to tight deadlines, experienced in multi-tasking and is self-motivated
  • Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously
  • Experience and or exposure in SharePoint, Clarity, Rally, MS Project preferable

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree, Technical degree preferred

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
