Regulatory Oversight Specialist, Assistant Vice President on our Business Support Team to liaise with our internal partners in the first, second and third line of defense to facilitate oversight and compliance with regulatory obligations and risk management as part of the Global Credit Finance onboarding team.

What you will be responsible for
As a Regulatory Oversight Specialist you will
- Provide regulatory and compliance workflow support for Reg O, W, Volcker, AML and other client onboarding regulatory requirements for all GCF products globally
- Manage the periodic review process with the front office and Global AML Center
- Perform in-depth reviews of regulatory obligations with internal/external standards to ensure successful onboarding of clients
- Provide support to GCF front office teams with the onboarding and life cycle management of GCF clients
- Serve as a risk and control expert focused on the review and design of procedures and controls withing the Business Support Team to maintain and strengthen risk excellence
- Track and manage all audit, compliance and regulatory reporting issues including providing support in design, review and closure of remediation plans
- Assist the business with the completing FRY-14Q attestations and securing senior management signoff and approval
- Support the launch and integration of our new deal onboarding platform
- Internal and external reporting
- Ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent
- 5-7 years financial services customer service experience in regulatory compliance
- Experience with onboarding clients

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $115,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
