Who we are looking for

Within the Client Services EMEA Middle-Office team, we are looking for a professional with previous experience in a client facing role and good knowledge of Middle Office.

What you will be responsible for

As a Client Service Expert you will

  • Register and process the Client's requests in connection with the services concerned, according to satisfaction objectives defined with the Client.
  • Control and evaluate the quality of service provided to the Client.
  • Master the tool MyStateStreet.com.
  • Act as an escalation point for all Client requests and interact with operational experts to coordinate the implementation of solutions.
  • Accurately complete the tools for monitoring Client requests.
  • Participate in governance with the Client, lead committees with the Client and/or the business units, write agendas and minutes of meetings.
  • Build functional and technical expertise of the operating model in place for the Client.
  • Provide support and training to the Client around the MyStateStreet.com tool.
  • Write and update department procedures.
  • Take responsibility for identifying any suspicious activity and report/escalate it in accordance with State Street rules.
  • Comply with the Risk Excellence policy.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in client service role essential.
  • Good knowledge/previous experience in Middle-Office (Transaction Management, Collateral, Corporate Actions, Data Management).
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Fluent English is a must; French would be an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills.
