Investment Management Services (IMS) is one of Middle Office function State Street has centralized in Gdansk. Team is made of many different functions: claims, trade management, transitions, client service, oversight, etc.
On a daily basis team has contact with client, brokers, banks and internal operation teams to analyze various products on the market which gives a great knowledge and experience.

Your new role


As Client Service Expert - Investment Management Services, Senior Associate you will responsible for:

  • Working with the Investment Management Services Managers
  • Developing and supporting critical internal relationships with dependent units, clients, cross functional operational colleagues and global counterparts
  • Performing oversight, quality control function for existing processes
  • Reviewing clams process' actions done by junior colleagues
  • Maintaining claims tracking application with research results, communication notes and supporting documentation
  • Playing key part in performance governance through KPI/KRI management
  • Acting as escalation point for difficult or contentious events.
  • Providing direction, and as needed interact directly with brokers, custodians, and internal parties to drive resolution.

What we value

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a large financial services organization
  • Knowledge from at least one of financial products or settlement methodologies like: FX, Collateral, Repo, Accounting, Equities, SWIFT etc.
  • Understanding of financial markets, trading or familiarity with custodian cut off and settlement methodologies is a strong asset
  • Client service experience and solutions driven mind-set, including ability to work with third-party senior management
  • Fluent English - strong verbal and written communication skills
  • IT skills, including MS Office applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Attention to details, accuracy, good organizational skills
