Who we are looking for

A self-starter and a strong team player who is analytical and a great communicator, to help drive Custody and Shared Services vision and strategic priorities as well as various programs and projects. You will build a deep understanding of each function's business model, and play a key role in driving strategic horizonal initiatives, and deliver on strategic goals.

What you will be responsible for

As part of the Custody and Shared Services Business Management team, you will manage deliverables that support the senior management team in managing the business and effectively resolve issues in order to minimize risk and exposure.

As an Officer on the team you will:

  • Assist senior leadership in deliverable tracking and management of priorities; become the point of contact for teams
  • Oversee risk management priorities within functions including self-testing and other key risk indicators
  • Manage "quick hit" deliverables for senior leadership
  • Interact with business teams to gather and synthesize information to provide reporting and analytics
  • Track progress against requests from internal parties including GHR, Finance and Business Controls
  • Assist in the execution of organization-wide communications and events such as Town Hall meetings

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $115,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
