Who we are looking for

We are looking for an Officer to support the Corporate Audit Resources Management team. The team works for the Corporate Audit department Chief of Staff. Facilitating the appropriate resourcing for the department is critical in the department's success as an audit function. Working with the management within Corporate Audit to provide staffing solutions enables the department to accomplish its role within the firm. The role will be based in Krakow, Poland.

The team you will be part in, supports the department in:

  • Centralized oversight over capacity management, hiring plans, onboarding and scheduling.
  • Managing and overseeing internship programs and rotational programs.
  • Conflicts tracking and reporting.
  • Training and professional development.
  • Third party contractor oversight.
  • Management reporting on key resources related data.

What you will be responsible for

As an Officer on this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Data entry across multiple databases, demonstrating close attention to detail and critical thinking to identify inconsistencies and maintain data integrity.
  • Regular and timely reconciliation of data and validation of accuracy.
  • Creating and maintaining reporting on the different aspects of Corporate Audit function based on data from multiple sources.
  • Support the hiring and staffing plan to satisfy the capacity needs for the Corporate Audit function globally.
  • Identifying, onboarding and overseeing third-party contractors to support Corporate Audit teams.
  • Maintaining the Corporate Audit central site and updating the site for key communications.
  • Tracking progress on various Corporate Audit staffing activities (i.e. trainings progress or project scheduling) and escalating issues for timely resolution.
  • Working closely with an audit schedule leads to ensure audits are appropriately scheduled.

  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft tools, primarily Excel. Capability to work with large amounts of data, and familiarity with common Excel formulas and functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in an international team across multiple locations with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment as well as to manage complex nonroutine situations while multi-tasking
  • Skills in other data analysis tools, i.e., PowerBI (including DAX), Tableau, etc. is preferred
  • Fluency in English

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in economics, statistics, business administration, data analysis or related field.
  • Experience in working with significant amount of data and creating the complex reporting.
  • 3+ years professional experience, with Audit, Operations or data management experience preferred.

Additional requirements

Travel up to 10% may be required.
