As Application Developer in GTS responsible for developing the MySS.

Role and Responsibilities:

• act as the application developer

This will involve participating the design, development, test and deployment.

• Reviews systems development plans to ensure conformance with comprehensive architecture standards/best practices
• Assists with consulting activities with business area senior management to ensure technology initiatives support business strategies and goals.
• Will need to quickly understand complex business problems and drive quick Proof of concepts to drive solution.
• Maintain credibility with business users, system developers, and operations staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 8 years of development experience on popular backend service technology stack for Java-based like Spring related framework and DB/SQL related knowledge. Full stack experience will be a bonus.
• Hands-on experience with web-services and continuous integration, and automated testing.
• Good English reading/writing/communication.
• Experience in various software development approaches from Waterfall to Agile, including test-driven development.
• Strong problem solving abilities, analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Articulate and influential communicator (both verbal and presentation skills)
• Team player; Ability to blend in a highly complex eco-system of stakeholders, vendors etc.
