State Street's Alpha TIER Integration Services team is looking for qualified individuals with strong experience in project management, analysis, workflow design, data analysis, system flows and business architecture in order to create client solutions and execute implementation of the industry's first ever front-to-back client servicing platform. The Product Manager for Alpha TIER is a senior leader role and candidate must possess skill in complex business data analysis with expertise in requirements gathering, business models and flows, documentation and data mapping; a proven ability to liaise between business/implementation and technology teams; the ability to work with external parties and applications connected to Alpha TIER; and strong collaboration skills.

What you will be responsible for
As Alpha TIER Product Manager you will
- Responsible for designing solutions and onboarding new clients onto State Street's front-to-back platform
- Lead workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture
- Lead creation and delivery of internal and client facing on boarding documents (client proposals, playbooks, resource and governance models, cost and revenue models)
- Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships and manage expectations with client stakeholders
- Manage various stages of the on-boarding lifecycle (solution design, integration and testing, implementation and BAU hand over)
- Become a product and platform SME on State Street's front-to-back platform
- Support business development and sales efforts through consultative client engagement and POC's as needed
- Provide regular status updates and supporting project management reports as directed
- Drives the data conversion development lifecycle and methodology including requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, unit testing, deployment tools, and maintenance
- Leads issue resolution and gap closure in terms of data provided or discrepancies in data between legacy presentation and the future state model based on the feedback provided
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 7+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle (IBOR) and back office systems & services and Alpha data platform.
- Experience integrating with other industry software providers to promote platform interoperability a plus (i.e. Bloomberg, CRD, BRS Aladdin, etc.)
- Client engagement and expectation management across project life cycle
- Knowledge of SDLC & Agile Methodology and tools (i.e. JIRA) a plus

Salary Range:
$115,000 - $190,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
