Who we are looking for:

We are looking for Implementation Analyst to work on onboarding clients onto Alpha platform. Main responsibilities of this role is to understand the workflow and dataflow among applications within Alpha platform and client legacy systems, analyze the field mappings across these applications, design and create stories and ACs, as well as validate the deliverables and analyze data breaks from implementation team.

What you will be responsible for:

As Implementation Analyst Officer, you will:

  • Discuss with onsite business teams, clients and various application teams to understand client onboarding and operation requirements.
  • Define data field mapping and transformation requirement among various applications.
  • Work with Alpha IT team to build reconciliation tools to ensure data consistency and accuracy between Alpha applications and client legacy systems. Create stories and ACs in Jira and validate the deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices and improve team capabilities to successfully migrate clients.
  • Become a product and platform SME on State Street Alpha platform. Understand how CRD and SSC applications play their roles on Alpha platform.

What we value:

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree or above. 3+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle and back office businesses, services and data domains.
  • High Level knowledge or experience in Capital markets including listed Securities, OTC derivatives, Bank Loans, IBOR / ABOR, Transaction Mgmt.
  • Good understanding on State Street business, and major corresponding applications in Front, Middle and Back offices like CRIMS, RKS, SSCD, ADP, PAM, WSO, OTCHub, Eagle, Eagle Star or other is expected.
  • Good working knowledge of SQL and data analysis methods
  • Experience working across teams using Jira and Confluence
  • Analytical and problem solving mindset
  • Good English and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline orientated, globally structured team-based environment

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or above of Financial or equivalent major
  • 3 years of experiences in business analyst
