Who we are looking for
A professional who will join State Street IMS team which is responsible for outsourcing service provision through leading-edge technology and services for its clients. The candidate will be expected to manage the day-to-day Front Office operations - resolving complex client queries and cooperate with other teams to make sure all the asks are replied correctly and in a timely manner. The candidate is also expected to provide support in any new client onboardings making sure it is aligned to our target operating model - that includes technical and managerial involvement throughout all the phases BUAT, CUAT, conversions, go-live and hypercare. The role includes team's work coordination (not people management per se) and onsite client support business trips.

Your new role
As a Alpha Front Office Senior Manager, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day Front Office operations
- Resolving complex client queries
- Interact with clients and be prepared to represent the team in front of a client
- Cooperate with other teams to make sure all the asks are replied correctly and in a timely manner
- Provide technical and managerial involvement throughout all the phases of new clients' onboardings (BUAT, CUAT, conversions, go-live and hypercare)
- Coordinate team's work (not acting as a people management per se)
- Provide onsite client support
- Using provided tools, review accounts for issues associated with Portfolio Health
- Provide support to the Portfolio Manager on operational issues
- Act as the escalation contact for Alpha Front Office team
- Remain familiar with backup procedures when system applications and/or transmission problems arise
- Build cooperative and professional internal/external relationships achieving group and client goals
- Utilize all available resources throughout SSC, not limited to IMS
- Prepare oversight reports for audit where applicable
- Act as the Governance lead for offshore locations where applicable

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Min. 6 years of experience in a finance environment is necessary
- Min. 3 years of client service experience
- Strong communication skills with audiences of different levels of seniority
- Experience in various Middle Office areas
- Experience in CRD CRIMS and Salesforce systems is a must
- Good time management, organizational, and team working skills
- Must be self-motivated, adaptable, and show initiative in different circumstances and under pressure
- Flexibility in working outside of your responsibilities and areas of expertise
- Very good working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent English skills
