Duties and responsibilities:
The individual will support and coordinate Alpha E2E and middle office activities, for Security Master (SMF) and Data Management tasks. This leadership role involves engaging with the client to scope requirements, facilitating and reviewing conversion extracts, configuring environments, and organising key SMF events for conversion (such as dry runs, dress rehearsals, and go-live). The individual will ensure a smooth transition to BAU while collaborating across various business units. Additionally, they will be responsible for coordinating activities among multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
Specific duties include:
- Works with Product SME's and the Conversion team to coordinate and drive the deliverables of conversion planning and testing in order to meet the milestones;
- Leads delivery of data mapping specifications to show the security master flow from legacy systems to the in-house system using existing functionality and processes;
- Drives reference data management lifecycle and methodology including requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, testing, and SMF maintenance;
- Acts as the E2E data management SME across the platform and helps drives clients discussions for solutioning, issues management and delivery across the project lifecycle
- Supports all conversion events which includes some weekend activity and off hours;
- Serves as client facing contact for all conversation related activity with client and internal business units; and
- Serves as a subject matter expert speaking to details as required while managing multiple processes.
- Lead and drives execution of standard and bespoke client requirement.
- Provides solutioning and decision support in partnership with the client and internal conversion teams.
- Occasional travel required for client or global team onsite visits

Education and experience requirement(s):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management or related field; plus
- 7-10 years of relevant financial industry experience
- Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management or related field; is a plus but not required.
Special skills, knowledge, or certification and/or licensure required for position:
- Demonstrated high Level knowledge or experience in Capital markets including Middle Office, Securities Master, Bank Loans, IBOR / ABOR.
- Demonstrated excellent Communication Skills with ability to effectively run meetings and collaborate across teams and functions;
- Demonstrated intermediate to high level of skill in team management
- Proven ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work;
- Working knowledge of data quality measures across referential, completeness, tolerance, index and business driven data qualitative and quantitative measures
- Solid ability to proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution;
- Experience owning initiatives / projects related to Middle Office Client Onboarding;
- Proven intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Access skills, as well as Microsoft Project, JIRA or other project management software experience; and
- Solid understanding of Data Warehouses and Databases including SQL.
