The successful candidate must possess skill in complex business analysis with expertise in functional requirements gathering and documentation; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; a proven ability to liaise between business/implementation and technology teams specializing in Front Office, Middle Office & IBOR; and strong collaboration skills

What you will be responsible for
As a Alpha Cash hub Data Analyst, Officer your responsibilities include:
- Communicate with client facing implementation team to understand client requirements and be able to analyze and assess if these requirements can be supported by existing functionalities or developments are needed.
- Cash hub end to end environment standup- integration with front and middle office systems.
- End to end functionality testing , client use case testing and timely provide feedback to developers
- Keep up to date with cash product enhancements and alleviate a lot of the queries of existing product (business & technical) functionality from the cash services product team
- Run meetings/workshops to explain and walk through business requirements/ Demo Solutions
- Support Ops team for technical /system issue resolutions
What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years' experience in Financial industry - investment operations, project management, client implementation and/or business analysis
- Experience with designing new solutions by analyzing requirements, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong English Communication skill, written and oral
- Strong data analysis skill is required
- Strong SQL knowledge is preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including: PowerPoint, Excel (including Power Query, Power Pivot), Word and Visio
Additional requirements
- Flexible working hours is required (i.e. late shift/ weekend working and extended hours on occasion, linked to client assignments and project deadlines.)-
- Candidate must be self-motivated positive, adaptable and show initiative.
