- An Administrative Support Specialist, Corporate Secretarial to provide a full range of corporate secretarial services as part of the Corporate Secretary Office Team ("Cosec") that provide corporate secretarial services to legal entities within the State Street Group.
- The role is an Individual contributor without line management responsibilities. The role will suit a person who can work autonomously.

What you will be responsible for:
- Delivery of a large portfolio of Cosec office projects and processes required to provide Board Support, Non-Board Support and Policy Administration pillars of the Cosec Team:
- Board Support - The full range of Corporate Secretarial work associated with Board Support, including but not limited to: Meeting scheduling, preparation and Board pack creation, in-meeting support and minute taking, and subsequent action tracking.
- Non-Board Support - Corporate Secretarial work not directly associated with Board Support, including but not limited to: Authorized Signatory and Delegation schedules, KYC and Audit (internal & external) queries, Cosec email inboxes and Collaborate site management, maintaining legal entity and committee structure charts, database management including Blueprint entries, and other ad-hoc/annual cosec processes and projects.
- Policy and procedure Administration - Assisting in the administration of the Policies and Procedures Administration and Document Repository.

Core Business Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is a must (proficiency in German would be an asset but it's not essential)
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of Lean or other process improvement concepts
- Managing databases, and providing data analysis
- Have effective communication skills
- Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in change management
- Be able to proactively prioritize workload and manage own time effectively
- Be able to work flexibly to facilitate the needs of the team
- Be proactive and demonstrate initiative
- Be a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
- Be able to work under pressure to tight timelines
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Technology or equivalent.
