Help both your customer and your store win.
- Deliver high level service to every customer, build customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Connect with customers and understand their needs to present solutions across a broad range of products, including Computing, Printing, Office Supplies, Furniture, Ink & Toner, and Paper
- Maintain and apply knowledge of technology products and services through required trainings and certifications as well as self-development
- Exhibit highly effective Selling and Service behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers to build loyalty and satisfaction, serving as a trusted advisor
- Support the Customer Development Program through generating and handing off customer leads
- Be flexible on responsibilities (e.g., returns, merchandising, other duties as assigned)
Essential skills and experience:
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs
- Must be able to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
- Collaborate and work with other team members
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
- Basic computer skills
