Play a key role in helping your store and your customers win.
- Perform Merchandising and Operations responsibilities, including replenishment, seasonal sets, signage, pricing, shortage control, backroom organization and various floor moves
- Maintain off floor support areas for space optimization, including product and fixture storage
- Respond quickly to customer requests on the sales floor
- Balance operational requirements while providing a positive customer experience
- Monitor and anticipate store needs for supplies required to operate daily functions
- Be flexible to perform Front End related responsibilities, merchandising, store cleanliness, and other duties as assigned
Essential skills and experience:
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs; majority of shifts may be required prior to store opening or after closing
- Selling and customer service experience in a retail environment
- Must be able to engage and speak to customers, understand their needs, and present solutions
- Collaborate and work with other team members
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50-pound range (25 pounds regularly), climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
Preferred skills and experience:
- A clear understanding of merchandising and retail operations
