The role of the Project Manager - Omni Brand Strategy & Marketing Programs is to collaborate on our omni marketing strategy and plan as well as execute various campaigns. The role works closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to help drive strategic initiatives that support our services lead go-to-market strategy, a critical component of the larger Staples Retail strategy.
The Project Manager will build strong partnerships throughout the organization and work closely with various teams such as Merchandising, In-store Signage and Visual Experience, Creative, Paid Media, Site, and Targeted Marketing. We are looking for a Project manager who is strong at relationship building, intellectually curious and is passionate about customer centric marketing.

The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day planning and execution of integrated marketing tactics and programs, develop plans and support materials, communicate with business partners, resolve issues, and report internal results. Project Managers have the opportunity to independently manage projects while getting exposure to a variety of marketing vehicles and various functions within the organization.

Project Management:
- Manage daily execution of key services-focused marketing activities to drive retention and growth of existing customers and acquire new customers
- Responsible for execution of tactics in support of programs and initiatives, including timeline oversight
- Escalate issues that could impact timelines, deliverables, other teams, and/or budget
Marketing Execution:
- Communicate and collaborate with partners across the marketing organization and various business owners for campaign execution (emails, SMS, paid/organic social, digital experience, app, signage, selling collateral)
- Write creative briefs for Creative team, evaluate creative concepts, and effectively communicate edits leading to timely execution of campaigns
- Support campaign reporting requests for internal leadership review
Essential skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communications or related field
- 3-5 years of marketing or project management experience
Preferred skills and experience:
- Proactive, self-directed individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects, balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
- Ability to both influence and collaborate with others, adjusting quickly to changing priorities and timelines
- Highly organized, structured thinker who can manage multiple workstreams and detailed projects at once
- Clear communicator to provide project updates, ideas, and facilitate open dialog
- Ability to develop and foster healthy working relationships within an integrated organization
