Key Responsibilities

Data Activation and Integrations:

• Design end-to-end platform architectures that integrate Sprinklr with first-party and third-party systems to deliver unified customer experiences.

• Develop custom integrations using existing technology solutions to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.

• Lead workshops with IT teams to align on platform scalability, integrations, and enterprise-wide adoption strategies.

Business Taxonomy:

Collaborate with data scientists and industry experts to develop comprehensive taxonomies that categorize customer interactions accurately.

Ensure data is annotated correctly to enhance model accuracy and drive meaningful insights.

Guide clients in aligning their business objectives with taxonomy frameworks to optimize data utilization.

Visibility and Governance:

• Implement governance frameworks that ensure data privacy and compliance across all platform interactions.

• Configure visibility settings to control access to sensitive data, ensuring only authorized users can view specific information.

• Develop governance strategies that enhance transparency and accountability within the organization.

AI Integration:

• Integrate advanced AI capabilities into platform solutions, including predictive analytics and machine learning models.

• Work with AI specialists to develop solutions that enhance personalization and automate decision-making processes.

• Stay updated on AI trends to incorporate innovative technologies into Sprinklr's offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture within a SaaS environment.

• Expertise in enterprise platforms and collaborating with various functions within an enterprise organization.

• Deep expertise in enterprise integration, governance, and architecture patterns

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of designing successful large-scale solutions.

Compensation Range
$134,000 - $178,000 - $223,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
