Sprinklr is looking for a Solutions Consultant who will partner with our sales organization to help drive revenue for Sprinklr.

Candidates need to be located in the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a key member of the account team for your territory, working directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles to build confidence and excitement around Sprinklr's suite of products and integrations with customer systems
  • Conduct in depth discovery on the customer's current and future states and positive business outcomes
  • Design compelling solutions to address a customer's key business challenges, and presenting a desired future state and delivers a competitive advantage with measurable outcomes
  • Lead presales activities that include building and delivering compelling presentations, making solution recommendations, facilitating in-depth technical workshops, assisting with RFPs, and conducting Proofs of Concept (POC) that demonstrate Sprinklr solutions and the value they provide against a customer's required capabilities
  • Collaborate with the Sprinklr ecosystem (i.e. customer success, architects, specialists, engineering, product marketing and others) to configure relevant art of the possible demonstrations and validate customer requirements
  • Provide prompt and detailed handoffs to Customer Success (CS) to deliver against the proposed solution
  • Document observations from prospects and customers to influence future product capabilities
  • Keep up with an aggressive training schedule and maintain up to date Sprinklr product certifications
  • Prioritize participation in meetings with the account team and SC team
  • Ensure general administration across our systems of record are timely and accurate
  • Create re-usable collateral for the entire global presales team and acts as a mentor to those across other teams
  • Willingness for up to 40% travel, largely within the US

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • Experience in a presales role, preferably with a CCaaS based company managing large enterprise customers
  • Clear communicator who can command engagements with Executives, IT, and business leads/practitioners
  • Thought leader who has engaged in activities such as publishing whitepapers, speaking at industry events, blogging, etc.
  • Creative thinker who can bring to life a vision of how a customer can approach their Customer Experiences in new and exciting ways
  • Methodical and meticulous approach to preparation and execution
  • Experience with cloud contact center technologies ranging from IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, Self Service, Conversational AI, Workforce Optimization, Outbound Engagement, Social Media Engagement, Digital (DX), Unified communications (UC) and Analytics

Compensation Range
$121,000 - $161,000 - $201,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees' health, well-being, and financial protection. The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
