Join our team and play a pivotal role in guiding our customers through the initial phases of their Sprinklr journey. They say it takes a village and you will work with an ensemble of consultants, solution architects, analytics mavens and sales and service pioneers, you'll be at the forefront of transformative change.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a dynamic portfolio comprising 5 - 7 accounts, ensuring precise control over project scope, change management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with consulting teams, internal leaders, and regional departments to synchronise efforts and propel project delivery forward.
  • Efficiency and Excellence: Ensure the efficacy of overall programs while meticulously managing individual projects to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key client and internal stakeholders, fostering participation and securing executive buy-in for project success.
  • Solution Expertise: Deepen your understanding of Sprinklr's platform components, enabling you to craft realistic project plans and innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Transparent Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed with accurate project reporting and forecasting while adeptly managing risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Client Satisfaction: Exceed client expectations by delivering measurable outcomes, managing service briefs, and driving excellence across every project facet.
  • Leadership and Quality Assurance: Set the standard for your team, championing quality and excellence in all project deliverables while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Industry Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities, leveraging this knowledge to shape client solutions effectively.

A little about you:

  • Language Skills: Business fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish, Italian or French language skills are preferred.
  • Client Management experience: Experience collaborating with business owners and executive-level clients, ideally within IT, SaaS, CCaaS, Social, or Software environments.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing multi-geo, multicultural teams and large-scale initiatives to achieve organisational goals.
  • Leadership Acumen: Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation, and mediation skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve issues effectively.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software development life cycles, web technologies, and Agile project management methodologies. Certification in Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMP, SCRUM) is highly desirable.
