What Does Success Look Like

As a Director of Product Management, you will provide direction and thought leadership to enterprise-wide initiatives and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development aligns with Sprinklr's business strategy and meets customer needs. You will play a critical role in shaping the direction and vision of a company's product roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Work with cross functional teams present in US including sales and success to work on client first initiatives including demos, workshops, QBRs, POCs etc.

• Meet with customers in the US and prospects and understand their business use case and provide product centric vision on achieving the required use cases.

• Aligning product strategy with business goals -product and/or business line must ensure that the product goals align with the overall business goals and company strategy. Spearhead projects and inspire cross-functional team members to collaborate and coordinate.

• Setting the stage for the right approach to product development is vital. The director's role is paramount in ensuring that the team performs the requisite product discovery and research activities so that the product meets customer needs and provides value

• You will be responsible for driving innovation and research. This could involve adopting modern ways of working and software development frameworks, analyzing the market and competition, and introducing emerging technologies, user interfaces, and robust capabilities to the product suite, among other activities.

• Communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders - In addition to stitching together the product vision, the director of product must also share the vision and strategy with diverse stakeholders, regularly report on the status of development, and keep stakeholders informed of the product organization's strategy.

• Director of Product Management should possess a profound technical acumen that goes beyond the basics. This includes a comprehensive understanding of the product's architecture, the technical challenges faced by the engineering teams, and the technological trends shaping the industry. This knowledge is vital for making strategic product decisions and for earning the respect and trust of technical stakeholders.

What Makes You Qualified

• Required educational qualification is B.Tech + MBA

• 6+ years of relevant product management experience

• As a Director Product Manager, you will be involved not only setting the Sprinklr's vision and direction for the product line but also inspiring the entire organization to follow that path. It requires a deep understanding of the business landscape, competitive analysis, and the ability to make tough decisions. Directors of Product Management must be able to craft and execute a product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and drives sustainable growth.

• You should have ability to glean insights from customer feedback and market analysis. This skill set involves a nuanced understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and the ability topredict market trends. It's about leveraging customer and market insights to inform product strategy and to ensure the product meets and exceeds market demands.

• In a data-driven world, Directors of Product Management need to excel in data analytics and metrics. This means not only interpreting complex data sets but also defining the right metrics to track and measure product success. Mastery of data analytics enables Directors to make evidence-based decisions, set clear KPIs for their teams, and continuously optimize product performance.

• Effective communication and influence at the executive level are imperative for Directors of Product Management. This skill involves articulating product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including the C-suite, in a compelling and persuasive manner. It also includes the ability to negotiate, align interests, and drive decision-making processes across the organization. Strong communication skills ensure that product strategies are well-received and supported at the highest levels.

• You must be adept at leading and empowering cross-functional teams. This involves not just managing but also enabling teams to perform at their best. It requires building a strong team culture, facilitating collaboration, and removing obstacles that hinder team productivity. By empowering their teams, Directors ensure that everyone is aligned and contributing effectively to the product's success.
