Reports to: Vice President, Global Field Operations

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Operations Leader to oversee the direction and operational excellence of our Sales teams in the Americas Region.

This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of customer obsession, high performance, and consistent execution in a high impact and highly visible function.

The Americas Field Operations Leader will work closely with regional leadership, bringing a strategic and process-oriented approach to ensure operational discipline and alignment with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategic Direction

  • Serve as a key partner to the Americas senior sales leadership team, guiding regional strategy and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership to drive strategic thinking, while executing with detailed precision in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Establish and reinforce a culture of excellence, aligning the organization with company values and customer-centric focus.
  • Lead and reinforce company values in daily operations, management style, and expectations.
  • Lead all facets of our sales operating cadence across all teams in the region.

Field Operations & Execution

  • Implement standards of accountability for performance, guiding the organization to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Develop and execute policies, performance metrics, capacity models, territory carving, quota setting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to lead global forecasts, ensuring the company meets its revenue and retention targets.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, recruit, and retain best-in-class talent, ensuring succession planning and future leadership.
  • Develop people, processes, and systems that support the company's growth and scalability.

Performance Metrics & Reporting

  • Establish robust performance metrics that communicate the effectiveness of the group across multiple dimensions to different stakeholders.
  • Continuously track and optimize the organization's performance through data-driven analysis and reporting.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles in business operations.
  • Proven track record of leadership in public enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Experience in high-growth tech startups is highly preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA strongly preferred.

Compensation Range
$176,000 - $234,000 - $293,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees' health, well-being, and financial protection.
