Job Description
What You'll Do: - • Maintenance of SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, items, permissions, and access etc.) • Knowledge of different Business applications JIRA, Confluence. • Ability to analyze business requirements, identify gaps, propose solutions in M365 (SharePoint and Teams) and Translating business needs into technical specifications. • Facilitating communication between stakeholders and the team • Ensuring that project deliverables meet business expectations. • Should be able to provide data driven recommendations using Power BI • Training and educating end-users on collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint) • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the current SharePoint and understand the Microsoft roadmap and its impact to our business • Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures for the intranet. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. • Focused on Automation using Power automate or Power apps • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified • 4-6 years of relevant experience in M365, SharePoint, SharePoint SPFx • Must have automation skills to reduce the manual work • Demonstrated experience in managing SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish credibility, trust and support within all levels of the organization • Solutions-oriented with an ability to convey a clear vision, with a demonstrated track record of executing against results. • Ability to motivate and focus resources with or without a direct reporting
