We are seeking an outstanding candidate who is an enthusiastic music fan and a proven leader, with experience building and maintaining partner relationships, collaborating across markets, and playing a key collaborator role in delivering complex campaigns.
As a part of the Label Partnerships team, you will work closely with Latin America and Spain in cross-market alignment and partner value exchange for Latin music. You will advocate, educate and innovate, all of these external partners unlocking opportunities such as campaigns, programs and strategic initiatives. You will also work closely with the North American team, as well as your international counterparts aligning globally, while implementing local artist and cultural initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Represent Spotify Label Partnerships department externally, attending meetings with the industry, including label partners, managers and artists to find opportunities and foster partnerships.
- Collaborate with counterparts in North America, LatAm and international markets to communicate shared priorities, align value exchange opportunities and implement joint initiatives.
- Manage and / or mentor members of the team, guiding them through campaign planning, relationship building, and cross-functional process execution.
- Track, review, and evaluate artist and label priorities, as well as culturally relevant moments, and identify in collaboration with a cross-functional team those artists that Spotify will support in on and off platform promotions.
- Work directly with the artists, their label and their management teams to gather insights and develop executive-level priority campaigns, from brief development, conception, production all the way through execution.
- Develop relationships, collaborate and advocate with internal partners.
- Educate artist and label partners on Spotify for Artists and the platform, initiating opportunities for educational programs and presentations to the US Latin industry.
- Proactively identify new consumption trends, artist discovery and being up to date with cultural moments that connect with Latin music.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience building global marketing artist marketing campaigns or complex project management and a proven leader able to run multiple top priority projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- You exhibit a clear understanding of the US Latin marketplace, competitors, and current trends and innovations with strong relationships throughout the industry.
- Understanding of the music industry and experience including label and management.
- You have an outstanding ability to build and maintain relationships.
- You are an open, transparent and clear communicator.
- You have the ability to interpret data & insights to communicate the business purpose and results of campaigns & strategic initiatives.
- You are well organized and strive in operational excellence, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay exceptional attention to detail.
- You are comfortable in very fast paced work environments and thrive on a team that moves quickly.
- Willingness to travel and participate in night and weekend events.
- Above all, you are a passionate music fan who is in tune to various genres and cultures of music.

The United States base range for this position is $89,601.00 - 128,002.00 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process. Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance.
