The Commerce and Customer Service Platform (CCSP) studio within Markets and Subscriptions mission powers the Commerce experience for Spotify. The Commerce Platform Experience (CPX) product area within the studio is responsible for bringing to life the Commerce experience to end consumers (listeners), internal customers and external partners.

Enabling commerce through strategic partners and providing users with the choice of billing is a core strategy for Commerce. The partner product team owns the overall strategy, roadmap, and execution to enable merchandising, sale, and subscription lifecycle management of Spotify products and propositions for users across the globe through partners.

We seek a Senior Product Manager who will lead the end-to-end product strategy for both the user experience and the underlying platform for partners. You will drive seamless, intuitive customer experiences while ensuring the platform capabilities are built for ease of integration and scale.

You will work alongside a wide network of partners, including partnership business/proposition teams, external partners, and multiple R&D teams within the mission.

What You'll Do

  • Define the product vision and strategy for customer-facing experiences, balancing customer needs with business goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers and data insights to conduct usability studies, research and A/B testing to find opportunities to address customer struggles and optimise business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and partners to align product strategy with business needs
  • Prioritize features and functionality across user experience and platform to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Use data to inform direction and leverage analytics to measure the efficiency of both user-facing features and platform performance.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for tracking performance and measuring product success.
  • Oversee the development of the underlying platform capabilities, including APIs, integrations, and data pipelines, to ensure the smooth operation of customer-facing features.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the platform remains innovative and competitive

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products that are both user-focused and technically complex.
  • You are experienced in crafting clear product requirements based on research, data, and insights.
  • You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas to team members at all levels;
  • You can influence and partner effectively across all levels of an organization and regularly use these skills to improve the work around you.
  • You know how to encourage, empower, and support a team to get things done.
  • You feel comfortable working across multiple initiatives and balancing many priorities simultaneously.
  • You have developed skills in unpacking ambiguous problems and forming clarity and direction around how to solve them.
  • Experience leading and working with agile development teams.
