Compensation: $77,600 - $91,400 (Annually)

FLSA: Exempt

Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in office

All candidates must be within commutable distance of SEO’s offices at 55 Exchange Place, New York, NY 10005, upon hire.

Who You Are

SEO is searching for a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst to join its IT team. An integral part of the team, this role supports the adoption and implementation of Salesforce across the organization. If you are a person who thrives on developing relationships and partnerships across many cross-functional teams to support the development lifecycle, this may be the job for you. What You’ll Do

  • Lead Salesforce projects by tracking updates, coordinating with stakeholders, assisting in user testing, and supporting vendor processes to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Gather business requirements, analyze workflows, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices across the full project lifecycle—design, build, test, deploy, and post-launch support.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce, including custom objects, automation, reports, and third-party integrations, to align with business needs.
  • Develop and lead training sessions and live demos for end users and stakeholders, ensuring effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve Salesforce system defects to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Oversee Salesforce application management, including ongoing configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization.
  • Adapt quickly to new Salesforce features, tools, and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in system processes.
  • Act as a data steward, ensuring standard practices for data integrity, governance, and security within Salesforce.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years working as a Salesforce administrator for an organization or department.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements to individuals of varying experience.
  • A self-starter able to prioritize tasks and organize information, work independently, and use good judgment.
  • Experience integrating 3rd party platforms and tools into Salesforce, including AppExchange tools.
  • Strong business and technical writing skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required. Platform App builder certification preferred.
  • Tableau experience a plus, but not required.

The compensation listed in this posting reflects what SEO believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
