Position Overview
Seasonal/Fulltime High-Volume Recruiter, under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, is responsible for full cycle recruiting and operation services for the talent acquisition unit. This role is responsible to source, select, and on-board high-volume manufacturing and production skill sets. In addition, this role will ensure positive candidate experience and serve as point of contact on recruitment and hiring events.
Primary or Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for beginning stages of the recruiting process (identifying, filtering, qualifying, and presenting candidates) to build a strong talent pipeline of production support labor.
- Post available positions on various social and career platforms, including but not limited to internal
- ATS, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and established state agency departments.
- Evaluate hiring manager needs and develop an effective sourcing strategy to quickly fill openings.
- Ensure compliance with posting and disposition of candidates. (OFCCP)
- Coordinate, schedule and facilitate interviews, prepare and submit required notices.
- Schedule pre-employment testing and follow up.
- Present offer letters, materials and benefits information.
- Manage and track requisitions and on boarding progress for candidates and new hires.
- Drive effective communication and candidate management through the recruiting process

Minimum and Technical Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business or other related field preferred.
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience, MS Teams experience required.
- Successful experience with high volume hiring, preferably for production skill sets
- Knowledge of onboarding and new hire programs
