Position Objective
The Scheduler II plans and coordinates production schedules. Provides manufacturing operations with a plan that maximizes efficiency, resources, and capacity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain, input, and communicate an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for all assigned projects.
- Evaluate resource loading in MS Project and provide input to managers to aid balance and staffing.
- Adjust the schedule to compensate for earned value inputs.
- Communicate all changes to Program and Engineering Managers, securing approvals and authorizations as required.
- Monitor and evaluate.
- Coordinate meetings and telecoms with stakeholders of various programs.
- Establish and maintain notification rhythm to ensure on time completion of deliverables.
- All other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Technical / Business Field or related field OR a combination of education and relevant experience
- 2 to 4 years of scheduling experience within a government defense contractor.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project
- Hands-on knowledge of material resource planning systems software
- Familiarity with EVM and Pro-Pricer
- Knowledge of the 14-Point DCMA schedule assessment criteria
- U.S. Citizenship is required
