Position Objective
EHS Supervisor provides support and guidance relevant to the site's EHS programs to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations, as well as the site's EHS policies. Conducts studies and investigations to
ensure compliance with government safety and health laws, standards and regulations, and industrial hygiene. Investigates accidents and promotes safety-conscious work performance and training programs. Provides safety performance measures. Determines root cause analyses.
Primary Responsibilities
- Upkeep EHS recordkeeping duties
- Administer, record and handle incident investigations and complete all required documents
- Actively participate in EHS initiatives
- Ensure compliance with:
- OSHA standards
- EPA regulations and FDEP statutes
- DOT regulations
- Prepare compliance and technical reports to meet regulatory requirements
- Conduct audits of workplace facilities for compliance and generate corrective/preventive actions
- Perform analysis

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field or 5+ years of combined experience and education
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior leadership/mentor experience
- Experience with security, risk management, or environmental aspects is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret regulatory requirements and implement safety policies/practices.
- Must be a problem-solver and have the ability for analytical reasoning.
- Ability to balance technical, business and people aspects of safety.
- Ability to foster teamwork. .
- Ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to influence others.
- Problem/situation analysis.
- Detail oriented.
- Oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise 1-2 EHS professionals
